1What is your cancellation policy?
No contracts, cancel anytime. Cancellation will occur at the end of the billing cycle you cancelled in. There are no credits or refunds. For example, if you cancel and still have 2 weekly services left in your billing cycle, we will complete those services, unless you want an immediate halt to your service. Just go into your account and cancel your subscription.
2What does you service cost?

3What if I have pets?
If your pet is friendly and not an escape artist it is generally not a problem. But if your pet is aggressive we ask that you block their access to the cans so that our Can Carriers can safely remove your cans out of their location
4Do you have a recurring payment plan?
Yes, when you sign up for service, you will be billed automatically each month at the beginning of your billing cycle. Your billing cycle starts the day after your free 15 day trial ends.
5What if I have an alarm system?
We ask that you disable the alarm during the time we are providing the service.
6Do you offer dump runs?
At this time we do not. This may become a service in the future. We can connect you with a trusted company that does.
7Will you break down cardboard that cannot fit in my cans?
No, we ask that you have all your cardboard already placed in the can.
8Is there a multi-neighbor discount?
