The idea for Can Guardian started with family.
Whenever my parents were out of town, I made sure their garbage cans were taken to the curb on trash day and returned safely afterward. It was a simple gesture, but it brought them peace of mind. As time went on, I realized there was a greater need for this kind of help, particularly for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges. For some, taking out the trash can be a difficult and even dangerous task.
Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. From showing up with my pickup truck to help friends move to spending time with my great-grandparents fixing up their home, service has always been a way of life for me. That same spirit is woven into the foundation of Can Guardian—a family-built business designed to give our clients one less thing to worry about. Whether it’s helping an elderly neighbor or simplifying life for a busy family, we’re proud to be the trusted partner for trash day solutions.
Can Guardian is truly a family affair. My wife and kids are actively involved, each with a personal stake in the success of the business—it’s not just about a paycheck for us. As we grow, we look forward to welcoming additional team members who share our values of reliability and respect for our clients and their homes. We take pride in working together as a family, building something meaningful that benefits not only us but also our community.

When I’m not busy ensuring Can Guardian runs smoothly, you can find me enjoying time with family and friends. I love BBQing, cheering on my kids at their games, camping, and rafting. I’m also an active member of the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic men’s charity organization that supports local causes like COTS, Special Olympics, and Coats for Kids. Giving back is part of who I am, and that commitment carries over into every aspect of Can Guardian.
